“A point-in-time count is an unduplicated count on a single night of the people in a community who are experiencing homelessness that includes both sheltered and unsheltered populations. Point-in-time counts are important because they establish the dimensions of the problem of homelessness and help policymakers and program administrators track progress toward the goal of ending homelessness.”

Bluff Community Center Rehabilitation and ADA Improvements Project
Notice of Request for Qualifications:
The Town of Bluff will accept proposals from qualified architects, architectural firms, engineers, and engineering firms for the renovation of the Bluff Community Center (“BCC”) to include new ADA access to the west side of the BCC, ADA compliant drinking fountains and bathrooms, renovation of five office spaces, and exterior drainage and foundation work. The size of the space is approximately 1000 square feet.
The bid will open on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, and will close Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 5:00PM. Bids will not be accepted after 5:00PM. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place on Thursday, February 16th at 2:00PM at the Bluff Community Center located at 190 N 300 W, Bluff, UT 84512.
