
The Town of Bluff has been actively planning for the 2023 Annular Solar Eclipse for months. We project heavy visitation in the four corners region, with some estimates of 10,000 – 20,000 people coming to our area that week.

Vendor Information
The Town of Bluff will be in the “Path of Totality” during the Annular Solar Eclipse this October. We anticipate a large influx of people in the town. Due to the limited availability of local resources, the town will be providing a central location for food and craft vendors. Dates: Thursday evening October 12, 2023 through Saturday, October 14, 2023
Fee: $25.00 per day, due 10 days after notification of acceptance
No Power available – No Water available
The Town of Bluff is not responsible for collecting or paying sales tax from the vendors. Vendors should track, report and pay any sales tax required from the sale of their goods or services.

The Town of Bluff is seeking volunteers for daily assistance the week of the 2023 Annular Solar Eclipse
Primary Date: Saturday, October 14, with additional help needed daily from Tuesday, October 10 through Monday, October 16. Volunteer shifts are flexible!
Volunteers are needed to setup and manage temporary parking areas, temporary roadblocks, direct visitors, participate in cleanup efforts, and more.
